Can I track my international order?

We offer a small amount of tracking on our deliveries and your tracking link is provided in your shipping confirmation email.

International orders (that are not refill packs and are not being sent to the EU) can be tracked here. Our ROW orders are sent from our packing centre in the UK to DHL in Frankfurt, Germany to be distributed internationally.
There are only a select number of ROW countries that offer tracking throughout the whole delivery process with DHL. Those countries are:

All EU orders have full tracking. All US, Australia and New Zealand orders can be tracked here.

International refill packs (excluding EU countries, the US, Australia and New Zealand) are sent untracked.
