If you have case 2.0 (right photo). Case 1.0 does not have a batch code, so don't worry for that one:

The batch code is found inside the case, underneath the platform where the refill sits. You will need to wind up the case when empty to see this:
Roll On
To find the batch code on your roll on case, please check inside the lid.
Please note: if you do not have a code here, this means you have a case from our 1st batch of Roll On cases - just let the agent know this instead of providing a number.
Body & Hand Wash
If you have case 2.0 (right photo). Case 1.0 does not have a batch code, so don't worry for that one:
