The shampoo bar is developed and recommended to cover the need of most hair types! We understand that all hair is different, and we are aware that the shampoo bar will not cater to every type of hair's needs. However, we decided to first launch one product that would cover most customers needs to see how it would resonate with our community. We are looking at developing products that can cater different hair types and needs.
Advice for specific hair types
Very dry hair
The shampoo bar contains sweet almond oil and jojoba seed oil, which nourish and soften the hair and the bar will clean the hair effectively. However, the shampoo bar is not specifically designed for people with extremely dry hair and we cannot guarantee that it will soften very dry hair.
Very greasy hair
Due to the sweet almond oil and jojoba seed oil properties, the natural oil in the hair might increase. The shampoo bar therefore might not be as effective for someone with heavily greasy or oily hair, but it will still perform its main purpose of cleaning hair.
Very curly hair
The shampoo bar is designed to be used for all types of hair. If you have very curly hair however, you might struggle to spread the shampoo bar through your scalp.
Very thin hair
The shampoo bar should not negatively affect thin hair.
Very thick hair
The shampoo bar is designed to be used for all types of hair. With thick hair we recommend to take care in applying the shampoo bar to the head and fully massaging the product in.
Coloured/dyed hair
The shampoo bar should not negatively affect coloured or dyed hair.
However, our shampoo bar is not designed for people with extremely dry hair.
Dry scalp
The shampoo bar's sweet almond oil and jojoba seed oil properties nourish the scalp as well as the hair and so should not cause further dryness to the scalp. However, if the scalp becomes more dry or itchy, we recommend to stop using the shampoo bar.
