What % naturality are they?
- Without SPF: This lip balm formula is 99% natural. The remaining 1% is made up of synthetic fragrances.
- With SPF: This lip balm formula is made with 87% ingredients of natural origin. The remaining 13% consists of fragrance and SPF.
Why is it not 100% natural?
- Fragrance: The reason is that often it is more sustainable to have synthetic lab made perfumes, as neutral perfumes require a very high amount of natural resources for little quantities. Furthermore, some ingredients are harvested using unsustainable practices. Hence, Wild uses synthetic fragrances.
- SPF: We use a chemical SPF, not a physical (mineral) one, to ensure a smooth, lightweight texture without leaving a white cast.
Do they contain palm oil?
Yes, our balms do contain RSPO palm oil.
Do they contain nuts?
Yes. Some ingredients e.g. Shea butter, Cocoa seed butter etc., are derived from tree nuts.
Do they contain gluten?
The raw materials used are gluten-free. However, there is a slight possibility of cross-contamination during handling.
Do they contain alcohol?
They are alcohol-free.
Do they contain sulphates?
They do not contain sulphates.
