How do I freeze or unfreeze my subscription?

To freeze your subscription, please check out the steps below:

1. Firstly, login to your account here.
2. Click "Manage subscriptions🍓". This will take you to your current subscriptions and upcoming orders.
3. Scroll all the way down and select "Cancel subscription 💔"
4. You will then see a pop-up asking if you'd like to pause your subscription. This will then reschedule your next order date:

If you have chose to cancel and want to unfreeze/reactivate your subscription:

1. Login to your account here.
2. Click "Manage subscriptions🍓"
3. Click "Reactivate"
