There have been 2 versions of the case.
Case 1.0 (left) has 3 parts (base, top, and pump) and is slightly squarer on the shoulder.
Case 2.0 (right) has 2 parts (base and a connected top/pump section) and is slight rounder on the shoulder.

Case 1.0
- Remove the pump from the top of the case.
- Unscrew the top part of the case from the bottom part
- Unscrew the lid from your refill
- Place the refill in the bottom half of the case.
- Screw on the top part of the case to the bottom part of the case, securing the refill inside
- Insert the pump into the refill and twist it on tightly to ensure a proper fit.

Case 2.0
- Unscrew the top part of the case from the bottom part
- Unscrew the lid from your refill
- Place the refill in the bottom half of the case.
- Screw on the top part of the case to the bottom part of the case, securing the refill inside
