As Wild is a personal hygiene product, we do not accept returns on items unless under exceptional circumstances. If you wish to return your Wild as you believe it falls into the above reason, please contact us via our chat bot and we'll let you know the best course of action.
If you have some Wild products that you're no longer going to use, we'd love it if you could pass it along to a friend or family member who may also get some enjoyment out of it - more happy pits, less waste for the planet!

EU Consumer Law:
Under EU consumer law, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on eligible online purchases. However, this right does not apply to our products once the packaging has been opened, as they are sealed personal hygiene goods.
If you receive your order and the packaging is completely unopened, please contact us via our chatbot within 14 days of receipt if you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
