If you notice two charges from Wild on your bank statement, don't worry, his is usually a temporary pre-authorisation hold or an accidental duplicate order. Here is how to check what happened and how to get it sorted:
Check you online banking to see if the charge is shown as "Pending" or "Processing": Any pending attempts that did not go through will automatically drop off your statement, typically within 24 to 72 hours or up to 5 days.
Check if a duplicate order was placed: If both amounts are identical and marked as completed or settled, a duplicate order may have been placed. If you see two separate orders, please reach out to us via our chatbot as quickly as possible with your details so our team can cancel and refund the duplicate order before it dispatches from the warehouse.
Check if you have multiple subscriptions: If you have multiple active subscriptions (for example, a stick deodorant subscription and a body wash subscription), they may occasionally renew on or around the same date, appearing as two separate charges on your statement. You can check renewal dates anytime under Manage subscriptions 🍓 in your account.
If both charges have fully settled (they are no longer pending) and you only placed one order, please reach out to our team via chatbot with your order number, email address and a screenshot of both charges. Please ensure any sensitive information such as your full card number is covered.
