If you order a one time purchase product(s) and need to amend or cancel your order, you have an hour to get in contact with us from when your order was placed. Please contact us via our chatbot and provide us with your order number within this timeframe.
Can I edit my subscription order?
If you have a recurring subscription, you can edit this at any time in your account here. In order for an edit to impact your next upcoming order, you need to arrange this before the day your order is confirmed.
For example, if you order is due to process on August 15th, you need to make the change on or before August 14th. Any changes made on the 15th will not impact the current order, but will be in place for next time!
You will be sent reminder emails a couple of days before your subscription is due to renew and you can access your account and edit your order before it is processed.
However, once an order has been placed in our system and payment completed, we are unable to make any edits or changes to your order.
