If our customer service team has issued you a store credit for an order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the amount.
The credit will show directly to your account email and appear at checkout.
How can I use my store credit?
Login to your account - ensure to use the exact email address the credit was sent to.
Add the case or refills you wish to purchase to your cart.
- Go to your cart and click on "Checkout".
- You will then see your credit available as an option at checkout. Scroll down and tick the box "Apply store credit". This will then automatically apply to your order total.
Please note, your store credits are valid on any one-time purchase or a brand-new subscription.
